Terms & Conditions

Appointments are confirmed once the date, time, location, and requested services have been agreed upon by both the client and Scrubbing Sensations Cleaning Inc.

Arrival Window

While we make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time, traffic, weather, previous appointments, and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect our schedule.

Our team may arrive within 30 minutes before or after the scheduled appointment time.

To ensure the scheduled cleaning can be completed, clients agree to:

● Provide safe access to the property.

● Ensure someone is available if required for entry.

● Provide correct entry codes, keys, parking instructions, or other access information before the appointment.

● Secure pets that may interfere with cleaning.

● Inform us of any hazards or special instructions before our arrival.

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Repeated late cancellations may result in future bookings being declined.

If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled appointment but is unable to begin work because access to the property is unavailable, including but not limited to:

● no one answers the door;

● the client forgot the appointment;

● incorrect or missing access instructions;

● locked premises;

● building access cannot be obtained;

● parking or elevator access prevents entry;

● or any other circumstance beyond our control,

the appointment will be considered a same-day cancellation.

The full scheduled service fee will be charged.

This charge compensates for:

● the reserved appointment time;

● employee wages;

● travel time;

● fuel and vehicle expenses;

● scheduling losses; and

● operating costs incurred by Scrubbing Sensations Cleaning Inc.

Payment is due on the day of service upon receipt of the invoice, unless another payment arrangement has been agreed to in writing. Overdue invoices may be subject to late fees and collection procedures where permitted by applicable law. The client is responsible for all agreed service charges.

If the property requires substantially more work than originally discussed, additional cleaning time may be recommended and billed only with the client’s approval whenever reasonably possible.

Refunds are not provided. If you are dissatisfied, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will return to correct any missed areas at no additional charge.

While every reasonable effort is made to protect your property, any claim for alleged damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

Scrubbing Sensations Cleaning Inc. must be allowed to inspect the reported damage before repairs or replacements are arranged.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, improperly installed items, or fragile items that were not disclosed before the appointment.

By scheduling or receiving services from Scrubbing Sensations Cleaning Inc., the client confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agrees to comply with them.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

All client information is kept confidential and used solely for providing requested services, billing, scheduling, and customer communication.

We do not sell or share personal information except where required by law.

Safety: 

Our team reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions at the property are unsafe or present a health or safety risk.

Damage:  

Any damage concerns must be reported within 24 hours after the service.

Right to Refuse Service:  

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, abusive behaviour, repeated late cancellations, non-payment, or if access to the property cannot be obtained.

Photos: 

We may take before-and-after photos for quality control and documentation purposes. These photos will never be shared publicly without the client’s permission.
